             The pharaohs and the pyramids which are one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Pharaohs and the pyramids considered one of the oldest antiques of the world. First of all, who are the pharaohs. The pharaohs were the king or queens of Egypt. Most pharaohs were men, but some well known pharaohs, such as Nefertite and Cleopatra were women. The word pharaoh comes from the Greek language, and was saved by the Greeks to refer to the kings of Egypt. There are many important pharaohs. First, Menes who united all the country. The second is Horus who the ancient Egyptians believed that Horus is the god of sun. In fact, there were many important pharaohs in ancient Egypt, but the most famous pharaoh is Tutankhamun. The pharaohs had several wives, but only was queen. Second, who are the pyramids .The pyramids are the stone tombs of Egypt’s kings. Kings of Egypt built the pyramids in the desert west of the capital and beside the river Nile. They built them near the Nile to carry heavy blocks of the stones easily by boats from distant areas. Kufu, Khafre, and Menakure are the nouns of the three pyramids in Egypt. The first pyramid is Kufu which is the greatest, the largest and the oldest pyramid. There are three rooms inside Kufu. One is for the king. Another for the queen, and the lowest room ia cut into the bedrock upon which the pyramid was built. The second one is Khafre which was the son of Kufu, and Khafre contains two rooms inside. The last pyramid is Menakure which is T- Shaped structure. Menakure constructed of limestone and granite. There are two rooms inside. One for Menakure, and the other was for queen. On conclusion, The civilization of the pharaohs and the pyramids deserves our respect and appreciation because it was the symbol of real architecture, and astronomy. The pharaohs and the pyramids worth to be taught for new generation
